FAQ

Why does the HZS90 use a JS1500 mixer if the HZS75 uses one too?

Both plants use a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer (1.5 m³ output per batch), but their feeding logic creates a major difference in hourly capacity:
HZS75 (Skip Hoist): The mixer has to wait for the lifting bucket to travel down, collect aggregates, and travel back up. The mixing cycle takes roughly 72 seconds.
HZS90 (Belt + Waiting Hopper): While the mixer is busy processing the current batch, the conveyor belt is already filling the waiting hopper directly above it. The moment the mixer discharges, the waiting hopper drops the next batch instantly. This reduces the cycle time to 60 seconds or less.

What are the key maintenance vulnerabilities for an HZS90?

Given the high continuous volume, component wear scales up rapidly. Daily maintenance must prioritize:
Mixer Shaft End Seals: The JS1500 relies heavily on continuous grease pressure to prevent abrasive cement slurry from cutting into the main bearings. The automated lubrication pump must remain clean and full.
Conveyor Belt Tensioning: Misalignment of the long inclined belt causes side-wear and material spillage. Check tracking daily.
Pneumatic Discharge Gates: The batching doors and mixer discharge gate operate hundreds of times a day via pneumatic cylinders. The air compressor, moisture separators, and line lubricators need daily drainage and inspection.

Dismantling a standard HZS90 plant for international shipping requires extensive logistics planning.
The basic plant (main frame tower, JS1500 mixer, conveyor framework, PLD2400 batcher, and basic hardware) fits into five to six 40ft High Cube (40HQ) containers.
Additional Cargo: Bulk cement silos (typically 100T or 150T capacity) and their corresponding screw conveyors add to the container count. Choosing bolted-type silos allows them to pack flat inside standard containers, preventing the high costs of breakbulk shipping.
