Price depends on configuration, accessories, and supplier, but published reference pricing suggests a broad range in the market rather than a fixed standard price.
The entire plant is integrated into a heavy-duty trailer towing chassis with axles and wheels. It can be easily coupled to a standard truck tractor and towed at normal road speeds. For overseas shipping, the modular design allows it to be efficiently packed into standard containers (40HQ containers), keeping your international ocean freight costs to a absolute minimum.
Depending on your site constraints and logistics, you have two excellent options:
1. Vertical Cement Silos (50T–100T): Best for projects where cement is delivered via bulk powder tanker trucks.
2. Horizontal/Low-Profile Silos: Highly recommended for mobile setups as they require no concrete foundations and can be moved on a flatbed trailer without disassembly.
3. Bagged Cement Feeders: If bulk cement is unavailable in your remote area, we can equip the plant with a small hopper and screw conveyor to feed cement directly from 50kg big bags.
Yes. A factory engineer can be dispatched for first-time commissioning (travel costs covered by buyer). Free remote commissioning support via video call is also available. Factory training is provided before shipment on request.
