How long does it take to install the YHZS25 mobile batching plant?

Under normal conditions, installation and commissioning can be completed within 1-3 days. The mobile design significantly reduces setup time compared to stationary concrete batching plants.

Does the YHZS25 require a concrete foundation like stationary plants?

No complex or deep concrete foundation is required. This is one of its biggest cost-saving advantages. You only need a flat, well-compacted solid ground (or a simple, level concrete pad) capable of supporting the weight. The integrated heavy-duty landing legs will stabilize the plant during operation.

Is installation support included with purchase?

Yes. A factory-trained commissioning engineer is deployed to your site to supervise unloading, erection, electrical connection, calibration, and initial production run. This is included as standard. Operator training (typically 1–2 days) is also included.
