Working Principle

Raw materials are fed into the cone crusher through the feeder. The cone crusher performs secondary or tertiary crushing by compressing materials between the mantle and concave.

The crushed materials are then transferred to the vibrating screen for classification. Qualified aggregates are discharged directly, while oversized materials are returned to the crusher for further processing, forming a closed-circuit crushing system that ensures consistent product size.
