Why Choose Us
The optimized crushing cavity and high crushing force enable greater material reduction and improved particle shape. Compared with traditional spring cone crushers, production capacity can increase by up to 35%.
The lamination crushing principle reduces needle-like particles and produces more uniform aggregates, meeting high-standard construction and concrete requirements.
Equipped with a fully automatic hydraulic adjustment system, the crusher can quickly adjust discharge settings, clear chamber blockages, and protect internal components from overload damage.
Advanced wear-resistant materials and optimized structure design reduce liner wear, minimize maintenance frequency, and lower overall operating costs.
Heavy-duty main shaft, strengthened frame, and high-quality bearings ensure long-term stable operation under demanding working conditions.
Hydraulic lifting and automatic adjustment systems simplify maintenance procedures and significantly reduce downtime.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening. The mantle performs a rotating and swinging motion under the drive of the eccentric assembly. The material is continuously compressed, crushed, and discharged through the adjustable outlet.
The hydraulic system monitors operating conditions in real time, automatically protecting the crusher against overload and ensuring stable production.
Technical Advantages
1. Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Protection
Multiple hydraulic cylinders provide stronger crushing force and fast overload protection, ensuring maximum equipment safety.
2. Automated Adjustment
The intelligent control system automatically adjusts discharge openings and maintains optimal crushing conditions.
3. High Reduction Ratio
The advanced crushing chamber design achieves a larger reduction ratio while maintaining excellent particle shape.
4. Energy-Saving Design
Lower energy consumption per ton of material processed helps reduce production costs and improve profitability.
5. Long Service Life
Premium wear-resistant liners and robust mechanical components extend service intervals and reduce replacement costs.
