Why Choose Us
Large feed opening and powerful rotor provide excellent crushing efficiency with fewer crushing stages.
The impact crushing principle produces uniform particle shape, ideal for concrete, asphalt, and road construction.
Hydraulic adjustment allows quick control of discharge size without complicated operations.
High-strength rotor and wear-resistant blow bars ensure long service life and reliable operation.
Easy-access maintenance design reduces downtime and lowers operating expenses.
Premium bearings, precision manufacturing, and balanced rotor provide smooth operation even under heavy loads.
Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed.
After entering the crushing chamber, materials are impacted by the high-speed blow bars, then thrown onto the impact plates for secondary crushing. This repeated impact process continues until the material reaches the required size before being discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
This impact crushing method creates high-quality cubical aggregates with minimal flaky particles.

FAQ
Yes. We offer complete crushing plant solutions from design and manufacturing to installation and after-sales support.
An impact crusher usually gives a more cubic final product, better shaping, and a higher reduction ratio for secondary crushing applications.
Yes, impact crushers can handle some wet or sticky materials better than many other crusher types because they typically do not rely on a bottom sieve plate.
Yes, we provide full technical support, installation guidance, and optional on-site commissioning service.
